Hallbridge Talent Partners, a division of Hallbridge LLC ("Hallbridge," "we," "us"), is an executive search firm serving the construction industry. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to hallbridge.co and to the information candidates and clients share with us directly.
We collect information you choose to give us: your name and contact details, resume and work history, compensation information, career preferences, and communications you send by email, phone, or LinkedIn. Our website does not use contact forms, does not require accounts, and does not collect payment information.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell advertising.
We use candidate information for one purpose: recruitment. That means evaluating fit for opportunities, contacting you about roles, and, only with your prior consent, presenting your background to a specific hiring company. We use client information to deliver search services and administer our agreements.
We share candidate information with a prospective employer only after you agree to be presented for that specific opportunity. We may use trusted service providers (such as email and document storage) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share candidate lists, resumes, or compensation details for marketing purposes. Confidentiality is the foundation of this business.
We retain candidate records so that we can contact you when the right opportunity appears, which is the service most candidates want from us. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete your information.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email info@hallbridge.co and we will act on your request within 30 days. You may also simply ask us not to contact you again.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same confidentiality we promise our clients.
Our services are for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date. Material changes will be noted plainly.
